The petitioners have file revision against the order dated 13.09.2022 passed by J.M. 1st Class, Saran at Chapra arising out of Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 164/2022 by which the learned Court below has taken cognizance against the petitioner under Section 301, 323, 324, 307, 504, 302 and 34 of the IPC.

Heard the parties.

After some argument, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42702 of 2023(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 petitioners prays for withdrawing this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
