The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 66 of 2013 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant yet the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that the present case has been lodged on account of pure vendetta as the title suit is pending between the parties. There is a dispute with regard to sale and purchase of land. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30479 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 66 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
