This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Manpur P.S.Case No.16/2017 , registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)/26 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one loaded pistol and seven cartridges.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody for more than six months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to release

No.40502 of 2017 (2) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 the petitioner in connection with Manpur P.S.Case nO.16 of 2017, once the charge is framed against him or after three months of the custody of the petitioner, whichever is earlier. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
