The petitioner seeks bail in Nautan P.S. Case NO. 94/2019, instituted for offences under Section(s) 379, 411, 413, 414, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He has been falsely implicated in this case.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence informant had parked his motorcycle at his door. After sometime, informant came out from his house and saw two persons were running away after taking his motorcycle. The informant raised alarm then the petitioner along with one Niket Kumar was apprehended with motorcycle. The accused persons

Petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Nautan P.S.
