In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. of the victim girl shows that she has entered into marriage with Dinesh on her own volition.

Petitioners are distantly related to Dinesh.

In such view of the matter, petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28474 of 2016 (2) dt.25-07-2016 2/2 period of four weeks, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Purnahiya P.S.
