JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-01-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Earlier the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10816 of 2020 but due to Covid, out of 11, six accused persons have surrendered in the court below whereas these five petitioners could not surrender before the court below within time.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioners have

Considering the reasons assigned in this modification application, the same is allowed. The petitioners are granted 15 days (Fifteen days) further time from the date of communication of this order to surrender before the court below (Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria) in connection with Gogri P.S.
