JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-01-2015 In the instant application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the first information report of Madhepur P.S. Case No. 8 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 406, 409 and 120B read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegations made in the F.I.R. do constitute cognizable offence. In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in this application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
