Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.
The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.06.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81379 of 2019, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 17.06.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81379 of 2019 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41659 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 subject to deposit of cost of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. The learned court below shall ensure the compliance of order dated 17.06.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81379 of 2019.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
