====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of the B.N. Mandal University.

The petitioner has approached this court with a prayer to direct the respondents/ University to issue original B.A. (Hons.) Certificate in L.S.W. subject.

The petitioner had passed the examination which was conducted by the B.N. Mandal University in the year 1995. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after passing the examination although petitioner was provided with provisional certificate. However despite the fact that petitioner applied for issuance of original certificate after depositing proper fee, the

In this case a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 1, 2 and 3 and in paragraph no. 12 of the counter affidavit it has been stated that the application filed by the petitioner for grant of certificate could not be searched. In view of the facts and circumstances, instead of keeping the matter pending, the court is of the opinion that the writ petition can be disposed of with an indication that if the petitioner files a proper application along with prescribed fee within a period of eight weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 /Registrar, B.N. Mandal University shall take all steps for issuance of original certificate as claimed by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of filing of such application. The writ petition stands disposed of.
