The writ application is required to be dismissed, because death of father of the petitioner happened in the year 2001. The elder brother of the petitioner is already employed as a government servant and compassionate appointment is not a modality for entries of all unemployable siblings of government servant to remove their issue of unemployment.

The very object and purpose for compassionate appointment has been lost in the last 15 years, since the death of the bread-earner took place. If the family has survived for so many years, they can do for the rest of their life. No interference is
