The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.07.2017 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 498(A), 302/34 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of the D. P. Act. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner and others killed the daughter of the informant due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2017. He has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46713 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 brother-in-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. Other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 43319 of 2017 dated 15.09.2017. On behalf of the learned counsel for the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
