2. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- has already been paid to the petitioner vide cheque No. 804109 dated 14.12.2013 therefore, nothing remains in the present writ petition to be adjudicated upon.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he has no instructions with regard to the same and the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispose off the present writ petition with the liberty to file an application for recall of this order in

Patna High Court CWJC No.16635 of 2011(2) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 case the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed.
