2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mahendia P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the accusation of assault on informant with garasa are belied from the injury report which discloses that the injuries are simple in nature caused by hard blunt object. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner claims clean criminal antecedent.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.47481 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Mahendia P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
