2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 140 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 27 of the Arms Act and under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 125(a), 352, 109(1), 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Sunil Mahto is said to have fired at the husband of the informant causing bullet injuries to him. The petitioner is said to have fired in air and thereafter shot at one Nitish Kumar, who sustained gun shot injury.

4. The medical report of the injured supports the prosecution case.

5. Considering the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.

8. Let a copy of this order this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda through FAX for its compliance.
