The petitioner has filed this writ petition for correction of his date of birth in the matriculation certificate issued by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, 40 years back. In other words, the petitioner at the verge of superannuation claims correction of date of birth.

In the facts and circumstances, this court is not inclined to interfere in the matter, the writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
