2. The petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2017 in connection with Phulpras P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 21 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 15 Kg. 250 Gram of Ganja and recovery has been made from open courtyard of the petitioner and not from his conscious possession.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
