JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 The learned counsel for the Union of Indian has produced an order dated 20.09.2018 passed by the Executive (HR), Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been intimated that his representation has been disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Bilaspur High Court as affirmed by the Supreme Court and accordingly, an amount of Rs. 60,000/- approximately has been credited to his account.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be granted liberty to agitate his grievances before the appropriate forum.
