2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 8/20 (b) (ii) (c)/ 25/29 of N . D. P . S. Act.

3. As per F.I.R total638.6 Kg Ganja was recovered from the truck along with the mobile phone of the petitioner and some other documents.

4. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43226 of 2023(2) dt.08-08-2023 2/2 number of ganja was recovered from the truck in question. It is further submitted that there was a recovery of mobile phone having phone number 6200601663 which was registered with the name of this petitioner.

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that huge quantity of ganja has been recovered from the vehicle in question and also recovery of the alleged mobile phone of petitioner from the spot , prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
