29-04-2015 Sri Naresh Chandra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned AC to SC-22 as well as Sri Devendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the private Respondents, submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provisions of the Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956, which is a scheduled Act under Section-9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. Accordingly, he makes a prayer for referring the matter to the Bihar Land Tribunal.

Accordingly, in view of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of the case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith. NKS/- (Rakesh Kumar, J) U
