From a reading of the counter affidavit, it is evident that the private respondent was employed or hired by a private managing committee, therefore, the State as such does not have any role to play on such engagements. In addition to that, there is some reflection even with regard to the degree obtained by the private respondent and the time span within which he is supposed to have obtained such a degree. The position on such issue has already been made known to the concerned authorities in this regard. Be that as it may, no order is required to be passed in
