Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 341, 342, 352, 353, 333, 332, 188, 269, 270 and 271 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of Epidemic Disease Act, 1897.

Allegation against the petitioner and several other named in the FIR is that they violated the Covid norms and directions. Petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
