The employee had moved the High Court earlier for identical relief which came to be decided or disposed of in terms of the observation contained in Annexure- 5. Since the previous petitioner did not take any steps for modification or clarification of the order dated 4.12.2003 but decided to file a fresh writ application for same said relief, the present writ application cannot be entertained.
Writ is dismissed on that ground alone.
