Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419,420,467,468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they travelled by Air on ticket purchased in the name of others. Submission is that the petitioners are labours and they are not very literate. The ticket was purchased by the agent and reason for purchasing the ticket in the name of others is that identify proof of the petitioners was not with the agent. Hence, in hurry agent purchased the ticket in the name of others. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38485 of 2020(5) dt.19-03-2021 2/2 custody since 05.07.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hawai Adda Police Station Case No.102 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
