JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-05-2016 Out of a sum of Rs.6,33,518/- against the head of revised pension, 40% has been paid to be petitioner, for the balance, it is stated that once the funds are released by the State Government. The stand of the State Government is otherwise that they have been releasing funds regularly for such allocations still the University authorities keep harping that the necessary funds are not available. Where is the dichotomy is not understood but this is a matter, which is required to be looked into especially when such payment of balance amount of 60% was required to be made in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8010 of 2014 dt.16-05-2016 2/2 financial year 2014-15 itself.

The writ is disposed of with a direction that on an application being filed with regard the balance amount not paid to the petitioner, the verification with regard to non- payment will be made and thereafter the balance will be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, if not already done.
