The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 193 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the pick-up van from which the alleged recovery has been made. Further he submits that petitioner has no concern with the recovered illicit liquor. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No. 51282 of 2021(4) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 193 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
