JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 50 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 506 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 of the POCSO Act and Section 67(A) of the I.T. Act.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
