Patna High Court LPA No.949 of 2008 (6) dt.11-05-2015 they have already been appointed as Assistant Professor, as such, they are not interested in pursuing this appeal. These facts have been brought on record by an affidavit.

In that view of the matter, this Intra-Court appeal is disposed of as having become infructuous.
