2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioners in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the IPC.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioners were rejected vide order dated 09.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3482 of 2023.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioners.

5. From the perusal of the trial Court report dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44013 of 2023(6) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 25.11.2023, it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within nine months.

6. Hence, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within six months, failing which, the petitioners will be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail.

7. In the aforesaid circumstances, the present application stands disposed of.
