This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Forbesganj Police Station Case No. 1008 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 324(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

The present order is passed in continuation of order dated 14.03.2023 passed by this Court.

The petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 are present in the Court today along with three little child, one each in the lap of the couple. From the demeanor of the couple, this Court finds that they are happy and living together. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42383 of 2022(5) dt.04-04-2023 2/2 as well as the informant inform this Court that their respective client have not made any complaint against each other. Considering the fact that the parties are husband and wife and had strained relationship have now reconciled and are leading happy married life, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj Police Station Case No. 1008 of 2021, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
