JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2022 Though the order dated 17.3.2021 passed by the First Appellate Authority-cumCommissioner, Purnea Division, Purnea, passed in Case No. 30501-01689 has been challenged, before this Court, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the same, by filing second appeal before the Second Appellate Authority. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
