ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-05-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 28.06.2008 by which the Additional Sessions Judge, 1 Bhojpur at Ara in Cr. Revision No. 183 of 2007 has set aside the order dated 05.11.2007 passed in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2007 by which the Judicial Magistrate, Ara at Bhojpur had directed to release of the four cows in favour of the petitioner.

Having gone through the order of the Magistrate, I do not find any illegality in the same. Hence the revisional order is evidently bad in law. The application stands dismissed. (Anjana Prakash, J) Prakash/- U T
