JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-11-2016 At the very outset, it was jointly submitted by Sri Om Prakash Upadhaya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sunil Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the complainant/Opp.Party no.2, in presence of Mr.Zainul Abedin, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, that there is every possibility of settlement of dispute in between the parties outside the court. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with an indication that if a compromise petition is filed before the court below within six weeks from today, the learned court below may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter.
