Petitioners state that they have been roped in the instant case as counter blast of earlier case lodged by petitioner no.5 against the prosecution side. They further submit that the parties have compromised the matter.

The bail petition is disposed of with following observations:- If the petitioners surrender within four weeks from today and the factum of compromise is accepted by the informant, all

One of the bailors of the petitioners would be their father or in alternative their family members.
