Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused death of the father of the informant by rash and negligent driving of the vehicle. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2019. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bangaon Police Station Case No. 09 of 2019, subject to the condition that the
