The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shahpur Patori P.S. Case No.170 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 137(2) & 87 of the B.N.S. 2023.

The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim. He is in custody since 10.05.2025.

From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had left with the petitioner and had gone to Ludhiana.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
