2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the certificate proceeding initiated against the petitioner under the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act (for short, "the Act") in Certificate Case No. 11 of 2014-15 pending
Patna High Court CWJC No.16719 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 before the District Certificate Officer, Madhepura and for connected reliefs.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts of the instant case are similar to the facts of CWJC No. 15955 of 2015.
4. Without going into the merits of the matter and with the consent of the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in line with and on the same terms as the order dated 15.10.2015 passed in CWJC No. 15955 of 2015. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U
