The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur SC/ST P.S. Case no. 216 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x)(xi of SC/ST Act.

The allegation of informant Rajendra Chaudhary is that on 22.12.2013 at about 10.00 A.M. his neighbour Shiv Narayan Lal, his wife Sudha Devi and his daughter Anju Kumari with an intention to grab his land started construction of gate. When informant made protest then informant and his wife was assaulted by the accused persons. In course of altercation, petitioner Anju Kumari snatched gold chain from the neck of the

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is married daughter of co-accused Shiv Narayan Lal and she is a working lady and posted as Executive Engineer in P.H.E.D, Patna. The informant with ill motive has implicated the petitioner with false allegation of snatching the gold chain of his wife by this petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur SC/ST P.S. Case No. 216 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
