JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 337, 338, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that there is case and counter case. Specific allegation of assault is upon coaccused Abdul Rashid and Mr. Israil. It is further contended that the co-accused Abdul Rashid has already been granted regular bail by a Bench of this Court and so far as the petitioners and others are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Birpur P.S. Case No.229 of 2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Birpur, subject to the conditions laid down under subsection (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
