The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384/385/387 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. He submits that co-accused Sudhir Patel @ Ravi Ranja has been extended the privilege of bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 33654 of 2017 vide order dated 17.08.2017.
Considering the fact that the petitioner's case stand on a similar footing and that he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
