Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 201 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016/Amendment Act, 2018. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the Litchi orchard of Lala Choubey with which this petitioner has no concern. Petitioner has no concern with the seized illicit liquor.
