JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 01.10.2010 passed in CWJC No. 13415 of 2010, wherein, interim order was passed as hereunder:- "Till further orders of this Court, all orders of Universities shifting the date of appointment/shifting the date of promotions, the consequence whereof is demand of refund of excess payment or reversion, shall remain in abeyance.

2. The writ petition was finally disposed off on 05.10.2018 by holding that due to the subsequent development, the writ petition has lost its utility and the same is disposed off as infructuous.
