Case No.333 of 2012 referable to Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code was registered. On being arrested, the petitioner filed B.P. No.1268 of 2012 in the court of 3rd A.D.J., West Champaran, Bettiah. The same was dismissed on 11.1.2013. Hence, this application.

This Court passed an interim order on 20.3.2013 granting provisional bail to the petitioner during the pendency of the petition.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, provisional bail granted to the petitioner by this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4559 of 2013 (4) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 Court, vide order dated 20.3.2013, shall be treated as bail on regular basis and the petition is closed.
