1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that daughter of the informant was married to Manu

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44957 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/3 Paswan @ Raja Paswan in the Year 2019. It is further submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that there is no demand of dowry and the same also stands recorded in the order dated 25.05.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.2669 of 2022 by which the regular bail application of the husband of the deceased was rejected.

4. It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased had approached this Court again seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.57219 of 2023 and the same was allowed by an order dated 25.08.2023. It is next submitted that even from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence and the entire allegation hinges around suspicion. It is next submitted that the husband of the deceased has been granted the privilege of regular bail, as such, no useful purpose would be served by sending the petitioners to jail, who are parents and relatives of Manu Paswan.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44957 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 3/3 within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Pratima Kumari, the learned J. M., 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Khusrupur P. S. Case No.250 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
