JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 This application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 04.05.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14725 of 2016, whereby the petitioner's application for anticipatory bail was allowed in the event he surrender before the Court below within six weeks from that date.

From the said order, it appears that the petitioner had expressed willingness to deposit the amount of Rs. 7, 91,118/- in the account of Aliganj Vidyalaya Shiksha Samiti (Account No. 11872857802, State Bank of India, Aliganj).

In the present application, it has been stated that the petitioner could not arrange for the money and, therefore, the said amount could not be deposited within time. It has however been stated in the application that the period of deposit of aforesaid

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31053 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 amount should be extended for further period of eight weeks. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application is allowed. The time to deposit the amount of Rs. 7, 91,118/- is extended by eight weeks from today. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the order, dated 04.05.2016, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 14725 of 2016 is modified to the extent indicated above. .
