It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similar matters have been heard and disposed of by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.08.2022 passed in CWJC No. 10928 of 2022 (Nirbhay Kumar Vs. The D.R.M., Eastern Railway & others).

Patna High Court CWJC No.11145 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sinha, leaned counsel appearing on behalf of the Railway has no objection if the similar order is passed in the matter.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 18.08.2022 passed in CWJC No. 10928 of 2022 (Nirbhay Kumar Vs. The D.R.M., Eastern Railway & others).
