3. For the last two dates, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not appearing to press the writ application. This case is of the year 2011 and still the petitioner is not taking interest to press the writ application. It is thus clear that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ application.

4. In view of the above circumstances, this Court is left with no choice than to dismiss the present writ application for non-prosecution.
