The petitioner seeks bail in Goh P.S. Case No. 18/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 341, 354A of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 8 of POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. Uncle of petitioner has filed a case bearing Goh P.S. Case No. 19/2018, instituted for offences 341, 323, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code against informant of the instant case along with three other persons.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner entered into the house of informant and tried to outrage the

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no statement of the niece of informant was recorded by the police, which is apparent from the impugned order Petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Aurangabad, in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 18/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
