The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 307, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2022 and is said to have fired at the victim.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if charge has not been framed on
