This is an application for regular bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 283 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons who have caused assault upon the informant. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-Ist, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
