The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2015 registered under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in course of raid at the line hotel of the petitioner by the informant, Officer-in-charge, Madanpur Police Station, along with police officials, one boy Vikash Kumar, aged about 13 years, was found engaged there as child labour. Under the facts and circumstances of case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period
